Capacity Development and Training - course design and training, materials development, workshop/conference facilitation and reporting, team dynamics, presentation skills, developing programme modules, assessments
Monitoring and Evaluation – national and international reviews of development programs, regional diagnostic reports, individual and group assessments, developing project indicators, data collection and analysis, interviews, post-evaluation planning
Transformation Processes – change management, linking cross cutting and transformative issues to strategic development processes (planning, capacity development, M&E) within the human rights framework (gender, youth, disability, children and the elderly)
